Every year on Class Day, Notre Dame Academy recognizes the achievements of NDA students through a variety of department and school-wide awards. Below, see the full list of awards, as well as the 2023 recipients.

The Katharine Forbes Erskine Award was created in 1990 to honor Katharine Forbes Erskine, Notre Dame Academy Honorary Trustee, on the occasion of her 100th birthday. The award is given to a junior who has involved herself in significant work for the benefit of others and has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the community. |

The Frances O’Keefe English Award was established in 1995 to honor the contributions of Frances O’Keefe to the English Department of Notre Dame Academy. The award recognizes the senior who best displays a love of literature as demonstrated by a facility with language and a mastery of analysis. |

The Frances Krauss Writing Award was established in 2017 to honor the contributions of Frances Krauss to the English Department. It is presented to a student who has shown enthusiasm and achievement in writing, both academically and creatively, and who plans to pursue some form of career in English, Communication, or Media. |

The Lucius James Knowles Memorial Award was established in 1981 to honor the contribution of the Knowles family to Worcester and is presented to a student who has a great interest in the study of history and who has done exceptionally well in her history courses. |
